Brief Biography:  Kym Whitley is a stand-up comedian, actress, and podcast host. Rising to prominence in the 1990s, she built a prolific career starring in television shows like The Parkers, Young & Hungry, and Act Your Age, as well as hit films like Next Friday and Deliver Us from Eva.

Whitley spent part of her early childhood in Khartoum, Sudan, where her father was building schools.
