Early Life & Radio Beginnings:
Howard developed an early fascination with radio and comedy. He graduated from Boston University in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in communications.
Early Struggles: His first paying radio gig was at a 3,000-watt station in Briarcliff Manor, New York. Realizing he couldn't compete as a traditional disc jockey, he pivoted to his signature "shock jock" and comedic style.
