Brief Biography:  Pauly Shore rose to prominence in the early 1990s as a beloved MTV VJ and the star of hit slacker comedies like Encino Man (1992), Son in Law (1993), and Bio-Dome (1996). Born into a legendary comedy family, his mother, Mitzi Shore, was the founder of the famous The Comedy Store in Hollywood. Growing up surrounded by stand-up legends, he began performing stand-up himself at age 17.

The "Weasel" Persona: He developed a high-energy, "Valleyspeak" slacker character known as "The Weasel," which defined his early stand-up and film roles.
MTV Stardom: From 1989 to 1994, he hosted his own highly popular MTV show, Totally Pauly, cementing his status as an icon of '90s pop culture.
Film Success: Beyond his live-action cult hits, he provided the voice of Bobby Zimurski in Disney's A Goofy Movie (1995).
Later Career: He shifted towards writing, directing, and producing independent projects, including the acclaimed mockumentary Pauly Shore Is Dead (2003), and documentaries like I Wanna Open for Pauly Shore. He also published his memoir, How'd You Expect Me to Turn Out?
Shore continues to tour the country performing stand-up comedy and remains a fixture at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. You can stay up to date with his live show schedule on his Official Website.
