Brief Biography:  Nicole Frances Parker is best known for her six seasons as a principal cast member on Fox's sketch comedy series MADtv. Beyond sketch comedy, she has had a prolific career in musical theater, notably starring as Elphaba in the Broadway production of Wicked.

Early Life and Career Beginnings:
Parker began performing at an early age, acting with the South Coast Repertory Theater. She went on to study theater and voice at Indiana University. After college, she honed her skills internationally, performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and joining the esteemed Boom Chicago comedy troupe in Amsterdam alongside future stars like Jordan Peele.

Television and Film:
Parker joined the cast of Fox's MADtv in 2003, quickly becoming a repertory player and remaining a staple of the show until its initial end in 2009. Her musical background and comedic timing made her famous for celebrity impressions—such as Britney Spears, Ellen DeGeneres, and Paula Abdul—and original characters like the downbeat singer Tori McLachlan. She returned for the show's 2016 revival. She also transitioned to film, appearing in popular parodies like Meet the Spartans and Disaster Movie, as well as Judd Apatow's Funny People. Voiceover work has also been a major part of her career, providing voices for animated series such as the Wacky Races reboot.

Broadway and Theater:
A highly accomplished singer and stage performer, Parker made her Broadway debut in the revue Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me. She reached a major career milestone in January 2009 when she took over the lead role of Elphaba in the Broadway blockbuster Wicked. She later brought the role to audiences across North America in the national tour.

Podcasts:
In addition to her television and stage work, Parker remains highly active in comedy as a podcaster. She co-hosts the popular improvised comedy and interview podcast The Neighborhood Listen on the Comedy Bang! Bang! World network alongside comedian Paul F. Tompkins.
