Brief Biography:  Jim Meskimen is a highly versatile American comedian, actor, and master impressionist. Born in Los Angeles to Happy Days actress Marion Ross, he is best known for his recurring appearances on Whose Line Is It Anyway? and as the voice of President George W. Bush in the viral JibJab political cartoons.

Career Roots:
Visual Arts: He initially pursued a career as a visual artist and cartoonist. He designed characters and vehicles for the original 1980s Thundercats animated series.
