Early Life and Career:
Hader attended the Art Institute of Phoenix and Scottsdale Community College before moving to Los Angeles.
Early Work: He worked as a production assistant on various sets, including the Star Wars documentary Empire of Dreams.
Breakthrough: After joining the comedy troupe Second City in 2003, Megan Mullally recommended him to Lorne Michaels.
