Brief Biography:  Darrell Hammond is best known for his 14-season tenure as a cast member on NBC's Saturday Night Live (1995–2009) and his later role as the show's announcer. He holds the SNL record for the most celebrity impressions by a single cast member, totaling over 107.

Early Life and Career:
Education: He attended the University of Florida, where a professor encouraged him to pursue acting.
Early Career: Before his big break, Hammond worked in radio, including a stint at BJ 105.1 FM in Orlando, and honed his stand-up comedy in New York City.

Saturday Night Live (1995–2009):
Record-Setting Tenure: Hammond was 39 when he joined SNL, making him a "late bloomer". He remained a regular cast member for 14 seasons, holding the record for the longest-serving cast member until Kenan Thompson broke it in 2017.
Signature Impressions: His notable impressions include Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Sean Connery, Al Gore, Dick Cheney, Chris Matthews, and Regis Philbin.
