Career:
Stand-up Beginnings: Started performing stand-up at age 17.
San Francisco & LA: Moved to San Francisco to pursue comedy, later founding the "San Francisco Comedy Condo" in 1986 with comedian Alex Reid.
Television Breakthrough: Wrote for and performed on The Ben Stiller Show in the early 1990s.

The Simpsons: Worked as a writer and producer for seven years (2001–2007), serving as a co-executive producer for seasons 14 through 18.
