Brief Biography:  Dana Carvey is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and impressionist best known for his seven-season tenure on Saturday Night Live (1986–1993) and for starring as Garth Algar in the Wayne's World film series.

Education: Earned a bachelor's degree in broadcast communications from San Francisco State University.
Family: Brother to Brad Carvey, who designed the "Video Toaster" and inspired the character Garth Algar.
