Brief Biography:  Peggy Bernier was an American musical theatre actress and singer prominent during the vaudeville and Broadway eras of the 1920s and 1930s. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, she began her professional career at age 14 in George M. Cohan's Little Nelly Kelly.
